GREASE TRAPS
The Problem:
Output from catering establishments often contain fats and grease which need to be intercepted prior to discharge to the drainage system.
The Solution:
The Acorn range grease traps intercept the grease and fats, and the units can be provided with an automatic enzyme dosing system which digests the grease content, converting it to carbon dioxide and water.
Typical applications:
Hotels; public houses; fast food restaurants.
Capacities available as standard: 2,000 litres - 3,200 litres. Other sizes available upon request.
